Dropbox strikes again

Last week, I was chatting with a designer during a Kosmik demo.

As we talked about their workflow, they described a familiar process:

→ Find an image on Google

→ Save it to desktop

→ Rename file (usually in a rush)

→ Navigate Dropbox folders

→ Upload image

→ Message team about the new file

→ Repeat. A lot.

"The real headache," they said, “is finding stuff later. Our naming is a mess."

It's a common problem. Teams lose hours searching for files they know exist... somewhere.
